The artificial intelligence boom has finally reached streaming. So far, users of the most popular platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, or Disney Plus) have learned to live with algorithms that recommend content. But in the case of the Argentine development FlexFlix, the proposal aims to surpass all expectations.

This so-called “Argentine Netflix” announced its launch in the country on Thursday and its expansion into the region with a clear and disruptive purpose: to enhance the natural intelligence of its users through AI-generated content accessible via smartphones, tablets, computers, and TV.

The platform, created by Argentine Pablo Aristizábal, a leader in education and technology, promises to merge on-demand streaming and live channels—similar to Pluto TV—with fun virtual “copilots” (assistants) that accompany all types of audiences by commenting, reacting, and enriching knowledge through the use of software.

Like the educational social network Aula365, Pablo Aristizábal seeks to organically support the relationship between new generations.

To achieve this, he developed FlexFlix, a platform that combines the best of streaming platforms: content with commentary and reactions, and the ability for users to create and share their own knowledge through a format they are already familiar with, such as short vertical YouTube videos.

According to its creator, this new offering aims to turn screen time into a valuable adventure with “videos that transform into knowledge.”

In this sense, the rise of artificial intelligence plays a fundamental role in creating entertainment. Additionally, it adds to its productive and creative abilities the practice in three languages, building bridges equitably between young people, their families, and their educators.
